The structure consists of several cubes positioned one on top of another, and moreover, the elements of the sculpture can be moved So as to create new portraits.
The black-and-white images on each cube are of real people who have been living in the neighborhood for more than 25 years.
Ever three months, the portraits on the sculpture, arranged jointly by the A.I.R. Gallery and Fulton Area Business Alliance are changed so that the district can get acquainted with its citizens face-to-face, so to speak.
