Not exactly, as our specialization is specifically installation, maintenance, and modernization, and our field of activity is existing or chosen by you interiors. If there is furniture and various interior decor elements in a residence, office, yacht, or hotel lobby that require updating – we will take care to ensure they regain their original appearance and former reliability in use. If an interior design project is developed, and you are expecting delivery, then we will take over all the work on the installation, assembly, and installation of the supplied furniture and decor elements.

Combined projects are also possible – where something new is installed alongside what needs updating. We focus on quality work with materials and items that you love, value, and choose, and ensure their installation, assembly, repair, and updating in accordance with your vision and requirements, and in compliance with all technical conditions and regulations. Our goal is to help you achieve the completeness and perfection of your space at the final stage of construction or reconstruction, or to update an existing interior, paying attention to every detail that matters to you. What experience does your company have in the field of premium interior design and service?

Our company has been involved in the service of premium interiors since 2009, with the majority of our employees having more than 20 years of experience in similar work. We have serviced interiors of premium-class restaurants, private interiors worldwide, offices, charity foundations, and educational centers, private yachts, and common areas of cruise liners. In each case, there were specific tasks – from restoring exclusive bar stock to a full reconstruction of a restaurant without closing it. So we have extensive, comprehensive experience, confirmed by our clients’ letters.

What technologies and materials do you use in the repair and renovation of interiors?

The choice of technology and materials entirely depends on what work needs to be done. If we talk about the equipment used, we prefer to use tools from companies such as Festool, Hilti, Dremmel – this is premium equipment that allows performing work with a high level of precision and quality. Consumables are selected depending on the task – of course, consumables and technologies for polishing a table made of artificial stone in a yacht interior and for dismantling, repairing, and reinstalling a built-in wardrobe made of sea oak in a private chalet bedroom will differ. And we know these differences and choose the optimal approach in each specific case.

What are the main stages of your company's work on a turnkey project?

Turnkey” projects can be very different – from reconstructing a boutique hotel lobby bar to restoring a villa’s interior after a long conservation period. If we consider these two examples, then in the first case, we will discuss the client’s wishes, agree on the list of new interior elements ordered by the client, then agree on the budget and deadlines for the work. A zoning plan will be developed, and temporary partitions erected, so that the work does not disturb the visitors. So, zone by zone, we will dismantle old interior elements, and install new ones – or restored old ones. After completing the work, we will remove the temporary partitions and carry out the final cleaning, after which the interior will be handed over to the client. In the case of work in a private villa, we will first assess the volume of work from drawings and photographs, agree with the client on the terms and cost of work, after which we will send a group of our interior specialists to the location. They will conduct a detailed inspection on-site, compile an operational report on any corrections to the initial plan, after which, upon agreement, they will begin work. After the restoration and updating of the entire interior, a final cleaning will be conducted, and the client will receive a full photo and video report on the work done.

How do you ensure the confidentiality and security of your clients' information?

We do not disclose information about our clients without their consent. Even photos of completed work appear on our website and in the portfolio of completed work only after approval by the owner. If desired, we can sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) with the client. All our employees are vetted by many years of joint work, and there are no random people among them. The client’s contact information is known only to the company’s management and the supervisor or chief installer on location. There is nothing to worry about.

What are your advantages over other companies that service premium interiors?

We are endlessly client-oriented and do not recognize geographical boundaries and time constraints. For us, there is no problem flying 5,000 kilometers, carrying a full set of tools and consumables, to satisfy our client’s request. If the question requires urgency – our specialists can work at night, or divide the time for performing work into shifts. If the client prefers a calm rhythm of work – we send not the whole group, but only two specialists. We strive to meet our clients’ expectations and provide them with the highest level of quality and comfort. We conduct audits of interiors before and after the work to give our clients a full understanding of what else can be corrected, restored, or updated beyond the agreed list. We are flexible in schedules and ready to follow the client if his yacht requires interior repair while in a remote marina. We indeed provide premium quality services.

What is the pricing structure in your company, and do you have flexible financial terms for large projects?

The pricing structure in our company has a clear division. Its main blocks are

  1. logistics and movement of personnel and equipment,
  2. accommodation and per diem,
  3. personnel working hours, and
  4. the cost of consumables.

The cost of each project is calculated based on these blocks of expenses. If the project is complex and involves the involvement of a large number of personnel for a certain period – as, for example, the reconstruction of a restaurant’s interior for 4 weeks by a group of 6 specialists – then we make special individual offers to our clients to reduce their costs and win loyalty.

What are the quality guarantees of the work in your company, and how do you deal with possible claims?

The warranty on installation and maintenance work on furniture and interior items depends on the work performed and the items themselves. For example, we do not provide warranties on work related to polishing and grinding surfaces, as any careless handling of surfaces made of wood or artificial stone leads to damage to the polish. Carrying out work on the assembly and installation of furniture and interior items usually involves the client’s acceptance of the completed work, after which the warranty obligations remain only with the furniture manufacturer.

Mistakes in the restoration and updating of furniture and decor elements are impossible not to notice, and they appear immediately, in the process of work, and are immediately corrected before the work is handed over to the client. However, if such an exceptional case occurred, and the claim implies an error in the performance of work or choice of materials, then, of course, we send a specialist to eliminate the shortcomings at our expense.

How quickly can your company start working on a new project?

It all depends on the current workload of the personnel, the complexity of the client’s request, and the geographical location of his object. Usually, we try to plan our work so that work on the confirmed project begins within 10 working days. A confirmed project is one where there are no open questions, all information is collected, all details are agreed with the client, and a prepayment is received. Up to this point, work on the project is also underway – terms, types of work are agreed upon, if necessary, a measurer or expert goes to the site, we exchange photos and ideas for solving certain tasks. So, in fact, work on the project begins the next day after receiving the client’s request. The departure of specialists to the object depends on how quickly we agree with the client on all technical and formal conditions.

In the “Customer Reviews” section on our website, you can find a large number of recommendations from various clients from different countries, in the “Completed Works” section – photos of our projects at different stages of readiness. These reviews and photos demonstrate the wide range of competencies and customer orientation of our company and our specialists. However, these are not all reviews and not all examples of completed work, as we have non-disclosure obligations with many clients.
